MySafeCampus™ is universally available 24/7/365 from any Internet connection or
by calling toll free 800.716.9007. Click on Make a Report
then describe to MySafeCampus™ the incident or threat. Fill out as much information
as you can. Click What to Report if you are unsure
of the violation. You may choose to reveal name(s) of suspected parties. You will
be asked to create a personal password.

In order to submit a report, you will be required to choose your level of anonymity
options.
Remain completely anonymous
You will not reveal your name or contact information. When you make a report, you
will receive a unique access number and create a password that will allow you to
re-enter the site.
Remain anonymous toward institution
You are comfortable revealing your name and contact information to MySafeCampus™,
but not to your educational institution. MySafeCampus™ may contact you confidentially,
as a third party, yet will not reveal your identity to campus personnel at any time.

You do not care about anonymity. You choose to reveal your name and identity to
both your educational institution and to MySafeCampus™ .

Your report is received by MySafeCampus™ and designated campus personnel are instantly
notified. Reports are reviewed by the appropriate institutional personnel for follow
up.

Checking report status is simple through the MySafeCampus™ web site or by calling
800.716.9007. All you need is your unique access number & password. You will
see the report you have submitted with assigned status. Learn about
